All orders have a 2-4 week turn around time for quality assurance. This is the time it takes from your order being placed, to your order being finished and ready for shipment. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email via Paypal with your tracking info.Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. Please make sure the color, size and shipping address is correct. Please Note sometimes we send tracking numbers a little earlier but it will still take time to prep and make your order, if it has been over the 4 week timeframe please email us immediately. 

If you need your order faster than the turn around time please email us first to make sure we get your items to you when needed.

If your method of payment was PayPal, we will only ship to your PayPal address. Once your order has been processed and shipped, Tailored Tots accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package.

Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL- Please be sure to measure your little ones feet according to our measurements, NOT by their age as every babes foot grows at its own pace and differs per little one.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only within 30 days of the receipt date. We accept all exchanges within this time period, as long as the item is in it’s original condition (new and unused) and is returned with all its original packaging. We will send the new item for the exchange after we have received the original item back and after we have inspected the item. A 10% restocking fee applies to all exchanged products.
